With a strong background in various forms of notarization for over 25 years, Barbara's expertise spans loan signing agent notarization, wedding notaries, divorce notaries, wills, court documents, and real estate notaries. She is a Florida-certified Notary and is also certified as a Signing Agent and Remote Online Notarization, providing services locally, nationally and globally.

Barbara amassed extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles. Her professional journey includes significant positions such as Practice Resolution Manager at Munoz & Company, CPA, and Executive Assistant/Office Manager for 25 years at W. H. Simon & Company, P.A., a boutique tax controversy firm concentrating in representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service where she managed office operations, human resources, payroll, and client billing. Her prior experience also includes a role at the United States Department of the Army, where she was selected as the Executive Secretary to the Post Commander, managing classified documents and overseeing high-level military and civilian visits.

Barbara's organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments make her an invaluable asset to her clients. Whether working on complex notarizations or managing multiple projects simultaneously, her commitment to professionalism and quality service shines through. Sharon M. Abbott

Sharon is the Co-Founder of A Notary Fast, LLC, a full-service notarization company specializing in Local, National, and Global Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. With over a decade of experience in the Title Insurance industry as a Title Escrow Closer and later as a Real Estate Agent, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the field. Coming from a family with over 60 years in the Title Insurance business, Sharon gained invaluable insights from the ground up and further honed her skills while working for a National Title Insurance Company.

Sharon’s professional journey also led her to serve in the Federal Government, where she had the profound honor of assisting Veterans and their families. As a Cemetery Representative at Arlington National Cemetery and later with the VA National Cemetery Administration, she facilitated burial services for over five thousand Veterans and their loved ones. She considers this role her greatest honor and privilege. During the past six years, Sharon has been actively involved with Operation Veteran Connect | Seniors in Service of Tampa Bay under AmeriCorps and Volunteer Florida. She has dedicated her time to supporting Veterans by teaching Tai Chi & Qigong for health and well-being at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, FL. Due to recent changes within the VA, she now leads Community Tai Chi & Qigong for Health classes on Zoom, ensuring that Veterans, along with their families and friends, continue to benefit from these healing practices.
