She is a Florida-certified Notary and is also certified as a Signing Agent and Remote Online Notarization, providing services locally, nationally and globally.

Barbara amassed extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles. Her professional journey includes significant positions such as Practice Resolution Manager at Munoz & Company, CPA, and Executive Assistant/Office Manager for 25 years at W. H. Simon & Company, P.A., a boutique tax controversy firm concentrating in representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service where she managed office operations, human resources, payroll, and client billing. Her prior experience also includes a role at the United States Department of the Army, where she was selected as the Executive Secretary to the Post Commander, managing classified documents and overseeing high-level military and civilian visits.

Barbara's organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments make her an invaluable asset to her clients.
