Barbara is the Co-Founder of a full-service notarization company A Notary Fast LLC, specializing in national and global Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. With a strong background in various forms of notarization, Barbara's expertise spans loan signing agent notarization, wedding notaries, divorce notaries, wills, court documents, and real estate notaries. She is a Florida-certified Notary and is also certified in Remote Online Notarization, providing services both locally and internationally.

Before entering the notarization field, Barbara amassed extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles. Her professional journey includes significant positions such as Practice Resolution Manager at Munoz & Company, CPA, and Executive Assistant at W. H. Simon & Company, P.A., where she managed office operations, human resources, payroll, and client billing. Her prior experience also includes a role at the United States Department of the Army, where she was selected as the Executive Secretary to the Post Commander, managing classified documents and overseeing high-level military and civilian visits.

Barbara's organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments make her an invaluable asset to her clients. Whether working on complex notarizations or managing multiple projects simultaneously, her commitment to professionalism and quality service shines through. With years of experience in administration and a strong foundation in notarization, Barbara ensures that every client receives reliable, secure, and expert notarization services tailored to their unique needs.

Sharon M. Abbott

Sharon is the Co-Founder of a full-service notarization company A Notary Fast, LLC, specializing in Local, National, and Global Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. As a Notary Public, Sharon's experience comes from over 10 years in the Title Insurance business as a Title Escrow Closer and Florida Notary Public. For Sharon, Title Insurance is a family business, and she had the opportunity to obtain her experience by learning from the bottom up and then applied her expertise while working for National Title Insurance Companies and later as a Realtor.

Sharon's professional career then led her into the Federal Government where she served Veterans and their families as a Cemetery Representative with Arlington National Cemetery and then later with VA National Cemetery Administration where collectively she has buried over 5000 veterans and their loved ones. It was and will remain her greatest honor and privilege.

During the last six years, Sharon has been volunteering at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, Tampa, FL serving Veterans, where she has been teaching Tai Chi & Qigong for Health as Certified Tai Chi Instructor. Most recently, due to changes within the VA Sharon is now supporting and teaching Community Tai Chi & Qigong for Health Classes on ZOOM for the Veterans, along with their family, and friends.
